There are several things you should know about before undergoing this surgery. I had the PRK done. First thing first. You will experience a severe amount of pain after the surgery. At most it should last no more than a couple of days. Other possible side effects could be dry eyes (though they give you drops) and you could (worst case scenario) end up visually impaired. To me the possible bad is far out wayed by the good and if your optometrist feels you are a good candidate go ahead with it.

If done properly it's satisfying I think. My cousin had it and he's happy he had it. But my neighbor's doctor was too stupid to check if she had glaucoma and now she's blind. Before treating the eye with laser they have to see if you have glaucoma or not otherwise you can be blind.

There's no guarantee that it wont fail but this is a sure thing.. if you really want to undergo on lasic eye surgery you should consult atleast 10 doctors and ask opinions and then research the net. ;)
i know 2 persons who had this surgery and so far their eyes return to 20/20 visions.

I know afew people that have had this done. I have heard of no bad experiences except that one guy could smell the burning. It also has become over the years a pretty simple operation. I would say go for it, it'll be worth it.

If this is happening when you push yourself while exercising, that means you're pushing yourself too hard! Listen to your body because it's trying to tell you that it can't handle this level of activity.

At 6'4", you should weight somewhere between 162-207 pounds, depending on the size of your frame (162-176 for a small frame, 171-187 for medium, and 181-207 for large). If you're exercising frequently and more of that weight is muscle (which is heavier than fat), then this ratio could be even more skewed.

People like yourself who are underweight have less endurance and energy than people at healthy body weights. Try eating foods that are rich in protein and consider drinking protein shakes to bring up your body weight in a healthy way. Also, while you're exercising, your body needs more fuel than water. Dizziness and weakness are often signs of low blood sugar. Carbohydrates and natural sugars like those found in fruit will give you the energy you need to get through a workout. Bring a protein bar or even just a chocolate bar with you while you exercise to give you an extra boost when you start feeling weak.

On some occasions dieting and exercising just is not enough, cos there will be excess weight just sitting around in your colon. It's not body fat, so it cannot be melted off, but it will be rinsed out, just by having a supplement. http://bilops.bestenergydiet.info has a risk free offer on offer at the moment, I gave it a whirl and melted away 17 pounds!! Who says there's no magic bullett? LOL!!!

Dry eyes. My husband has a co-worker who had this done and she has to keep using eyedrops to keep her eyes from drying out and becoming irritated.
