light-headed/dizziness, nausea, slightly blurred vision, when exercising?

some times when i exercise and i really push m self, i will all of a sudden get feelings of light-headed/dizziness, nausea, slightly blurred vision, feelings of weakness, and tunnel vision

im M, 19, i eat relatively healthy, im 6,4 and 145lb
(and yes, i drink water during, before, and after i exercise)

This has happened (again, its only about %20 of the time when i exercise, and only when push myself ) since i was about 10 or so. I have been to a few doctors, and had test done and they cant find anything wrong. I had a heart problem as a baby but had surgery to correct it, and there have been no signs of any kind of heart problem. If any one has any idea of what could cause this, i would really appreciate your help

    On some occasions dieting and exercising just is not enough, cos there will be excess weight just sitting around in your colon.     If this is happening when you push yourself while exercising, that means you’re pushing yourself too hard! Listen to your body because it’s trying to tell you that it can’t handle this level of activity.

    At 6′4″, you should weight somewhere between 162-207 pounds, depending on the size of your frame (162-176 for a small frame, 171-187 for medium, and 181-207 for large). If you’re exercising frequently and more of that weight is muscle (which is heavier than fat), then this ratio could be even more skewed.

    People like yourself who are underweight have less endurance and energy than people at healthy body weights. Try eating foods that are rich in protein and consider drinking protein shakes to bring up your body weight in a healthy way. Also, while you’re exercising, your body needs more fuel than water. Dizziness and weakness are often signs of low blood sugar. Carbohydrates and natural sugars like those found in fruit will give you the energy you need to get through a workout. Bring a protein bar or even just a chocolate bar with you while you exercise to give you an extra boost when you start feeling weak.
